One Year Membership

We are excited that you want to become a Harmony Tribe member! If you have not done so yet, please read about the benefits of membership at this link:

If you are purchasing more than one membership, please indicate the names, e-mail address, and requested website user names for the other members.

Once you have completed your purchase:

1. Download the 2012 Membership Application which includes our Process Covenant and Values Statement
2. Sign the Process Covenant and application (both sides) and return by either:
   1. Scanning the document into a PDF or image file and clicking the "Submit Process Covenant" link in the lefthand menu, or
   2. Send via US Mail to:  Harmony Tribe P.O. Box 4233  Saint Paul, MN 55104 
3. Your membership WILL NOT BE COMPLETE until the signed application / Process Covenant and payment have been received and accepted by Harmony Tribe
