As a group we will decide what part of the house, or what types of tasks, we want to focus on and from there will share tips and ideas about how we can make the mundane tasks that we do every day more meaningful.

For years, some Wiccans have decried the Kabalah as being patriarchal or "patristic." Nothing could be further from the truth. This talk shows how balanced the Kabalah is and how it sees equality between the sexes on all levels. Wiccans will now be able to use the Kabalah to enhance their magical techniques.

Safety prerequisite for Sacred Fire tending for adults and teens. Mishandling sharp edged tools such as knives and axes can result in bleeding, severed extremities, which can be a real bring down to any event. This workshop is to help prevent such injuries from happening. The Tote N' Chip is a safety orientation that originated in the American Boy Scouts. It is a certification that the bearer has demonstrated safe handling and usage skills of sharp edged tools. This workshop will teach rudimentary Pocket Knife, Bow Saw, Hatchet, and Axe handling and safety skills. Proper handling, sharpening, and safe usage of these tools will be covered. Upon completion the individual participants will be issued a Tote N' Chip card to carry after they demonstrate the skills taught in the workshop.

Description: In this event we will be acting out the cards of the Tarot. After laying the cards out in a spread, participants will *become* the cards and interact as each card would. Each card/person will stand in the correct position in the spread and tell his or her story (help from the audience is encouraged). By becoming the cards, you will have a better understanding of how they affect each other and what they represent. If less than 78 people sign up, we may have to assign double roles. Spend your evening time as the High Priestess, literally, or the 9 of Wands! Knowledge of the Tarot is not required; you will get help.

The lunar cycles are linked with the tides and menstruation, and have been traditionally used by farmers to optimize times for planting and reaping. The full moon has been linked with behavioral changes in humans and animals. A particularly effective was of experiencing lunar energies is through the moon goddess, Selene. Selene's golden crown was said to illuminate the night sky. Every night, Selene journeyed across the heavens, clad in splendid robes, riding in a chariot drawn by two white horses, mules, or cows. Sometimes she was portrayed as mounted on a horse, mule, or bull. The horns of the bull and cows symbolized the crescent moon. While dancing the intricate pattern of herbs and spices into the earth, and upwelling of sound, drumming, dancing, and word takes place to aid you. PLEASE, you are either within or without in this ritual, not a spectator. While this takes place within our community Heart Chakra, please leave a ten foot buffer zone outside the formal marked ritual boundaries for those in focus. Keep conversation, alcohol, and distractions at the very outer edge of the Heart Chakra while this ritual takes place. Opening Ceremony for the Rangoli will be heralded, likely 10:30pm to 11:00pm, often runs until dawn. You may leave and return as your spirit calls.
